It is not necessary to have a Paypal account to register.
Just tick the anti-spam box below, click the Register button, and you will be brought to the Paypal payment screen.
Just select the grey “Pay with a Bank Account or Credit Card” button ( below the blue Login button on the Paypal screen)
and enter your card details, name, address, and email.
Make sure you use a valid working email address, as that is used to acknowledge payment.
